The Client Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Purchase Clinic's membership program, including interest specific enrollments. She/he will support company client managers, customers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery process is consistent, fast and valuable.

Client Managers are the primary value delivery interface for our purchasing programs using the AdvantageTrust portfolio. The Client Manager is an important point of contact and advocate for customers and is responsible for managing relationships as well as the ongoing satisfaction of our programs and services. Successful candidates will be extremely comfortable interacting over both phone and email with customers; will be highly organized; will have excellent judgement and the ability to anticipate, identify and understand customer needs; and will proactively create customer loyalty through highly responsive relationship based service.

While familiarity with medical practice management, medical distribution, healthcare suppliers or the healthcare industry is valued; any candidate willing to learn quickly and that are able to operate efficiently using Microsoft office should consider opening a dialog by sending your resume to careers@purchaseclinic.com.
